The content on this website is provided for information about our programmes. You may not copy, republish or use our course material, logos, certificates or photographs for commercial purposes without written permission. Information about fees, schedules and curriculum may change; the details confirmed at the time of admission apply to your enrolment.
Enquiries and counselling
When you submit an enquiry or counselling request, you consent to being contacted by our team by phone, WhatsApp or email regarding our programmes, including on numbers registered under DND.
Admission and eligibility
- » Admission is confirmed only after the eligibility criteria are met and the applicable fee is received.
- » Learners must provide accurate personal and academic details. Incorrect information may lead to cancellation of admission.
- » IOB reserves the right to reschedule batches or change trainers where necessary.
Fees and refunds
Fees are payable as per the schedule shared at admission. Examination fees charged by certification bodies are separate and non-refundable once registration is submitted. Refund requests are considered as per the refund terms communicated at the time of admission.
Course conduct
Learners are expected to maintain attendance, complete assessments and follow classroom and online session conduct rules. Sharing login credentials, recording sessions or distributing study material is not permitted and may result in removal from the programme without refund.
Placement support
Placement support includes resume building, interview preparation and interview opportunities with our hiring partners. Final hiring decisions rest with the employer and depend on the learner’s performance, eligibility and availability of roles.
Third-party names and software
Names such as Infosys Finacle, NISM, SEBI, NSDC and Skill India are used only to describe the software and certifications covered in our training. All trademarks belong to their respective owners.
